why did i feel the need to do the whole roller derby workout video today after our four hour practice yesterday? my legs? i can’t move them.
FEEL THE BURN
regardless of the pain, yesterday’s practice was fantastic. the ever awesome tank’d girl from NH roller derby (SKATE FREE OR DIE) ran an amazing four hour skate for us. the sport really clicked for me yesterday. even tho we’re still in the beginning of building our roster, we have a great team.
ps- whether or not you’re a derby girl, the roller derby workout is an AMAZING workout. i suggest you buy it if you’re into hot chicks and sweating your ass off.
